Public Relations Officer

 

Description:

MBR1 Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, labour regulations, and end-to-end visa processing services.

This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage all government-related documentation, coordinate with relevant authorities, and ensure full compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws. The candidate must also be capable of handling multiple administrative tasks related to company licensing and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all government-related documentation and approvals

• Process employment visas, labour permits, Emirates ID applications, and renewals

• Liaise with UAE government departments and relevant authorities

• Ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations

• Keep management updated on changes in laws, rules, and procedures

• Handle company licensing, renewals, and administrative requirements

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments for documentation support

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government regulations

• Experience in visa processing, labour, immigration, and Emirates ID services

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Immediate availability required

• Previous PRO experience in the UAE preferred

• Strong knowledge of Dubai government portals and procedures

Strong knowledge of:

• UAE labour law and immigration procedures

• Government portals and PRO documentation processes

• Visa processing and Emirates ID systems

• Company licensing and renewal procedures
