Public Relations Officer

Description:

Tiger Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience managing government-related processes and maintaining strong relationships with various UAE authorities.

The successful candidate will independently oversee day-to-day PRO responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of government transactions, documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements. Applicants should have a thorough understanding of UAE regulations and proven experience working with government entities across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage labour, immigration, visa, residency, municipality, and economic department transactions.

• Liaise with UAE government authorities to process approvals and official documentation.

• Handle government-related applications and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Prepare, submit, and track official documents through relevant government departments.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth completion of PRO activities.

• Maintain accurate records of government transactions and documentation.

• Ensure timely renewal of visas, permits, licenses, and other official documents.

• Use UAE government portals and online systems to process applications efficiently.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of UAE experience in a Public Relations Officer role.

Arabs& Middle Easterners

• Strong practical experience dealing with UAE government authorities and departments.

• Mandatory experience working with government entities in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

• Excellent knowledge of UAE government procedures, documentation, and approval processes.

• Proficient in using UAE government portals and online systems.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Labour, immigration, visa, and residency procedures.

• Municipality and economic department transactions.

• Communication, coordination, and document follow-up.

• Ability to independently manage PRO responsibilities efficiently.

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.

• UAE driving license is an advantage.
