Purchase Coordinator

 

Description:

We’re seeking a Purchase Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about procurement and supply chain coordination. As a Purchase Coordinator, you will ensure smooth and cost-effective purchasing operations by managing purchase requisitions, supplier communications, and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (POs).

  • Communicate with suppliers for quotes, negotiations, and order follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and warehouse teams to ensure timely procurement and inventory management.

  • Maintain procurement records and update supplier databases.

  • Monitor inventory levels and support timely stock replenishment.

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
