Description:
We’re seeking a Purchase Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about procurement and supply chain coordination. As a Purchase Coordinator, you will ensure smooth and cost-effective purchasing operations by managing purchase requisitions, supplier communications, and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (POs).
Communicate with suppliers for quotes, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments and warehouse teams to ensure timely procurement and inventory management.
Maintain procurement records and update supplier databases.
Monitor inventory levels and support timely stock replenishment.
Experience Required:
2+ years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
