Purchase Executive

Description:

Madar Emirates for Building Materials LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join its procurement team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sourcing and negotiation skills who can efficiently manage purchasing activities while supporting operations within the steel and building materials industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive prices, and ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of materials. Candidates must be fluent in both Arabic and English and have relevant industry experience in procurement or purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and purchase materials from approved suppliers at competitive prices.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to support ongoing business operations and projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability.

• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate purchasing activities with internal departments.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining product quality and service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

• Previous experience within the building materials, steel, or construction industry is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.

• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchasing activities efficiently.

• Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.
