Purchase Executive

Description:

We need an experienced, hands-on Purchase Executive who can independently manage manufacturing procurement with minimal training. This is a practical purchasing role supporting portable sanitation manufacturing and operations, not an entry-level administrative position. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source materials, components and operational supplies; obtain and compare quotations for price, quality and lead time.

• Negotiate with suppliers, develop reliable supply options and follow up until orders are delivered.

• Prepare and track purchase orders in the ERP system and maintain accurate purchasing records.

• Coordinate with production and stores on material requirements, stock availability and inventory replenishment.

• Resolve supply delays, shortages and delivery discrepancies, and keep the team informed of risks and next steps.

What we are looking for

• Proven hands-on purchasing experience in manufacturing, with examples of materials sourced and supplier negotiations handled personally.

• Strong supplier negotiation, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Practical experience with ERP systems, purchase orders, inventory coordination and Excel.

• Ability to prioritise urgent requirements and work independently with minimal training.

• Willingness to work on-site in Umm Al Quwain.

• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
