Position Description- Good knowledge and experience in handling API 5CT, API 7-1 and API 6A Product Specification and inspection activities.
Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of company management and API and ISO requirements.
Assist in preparing QA manuals, control and supervision of all amendments and revisions. Maintain records of all Material Test Certificates and required Engineering documents as per each Job (*MTC *TDS *Spec Card *MSDS).
Knowledge & experienced in handling & Calibration of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Pressure Gauge, Thermometer, Torque Wrench, Load Cell, etc.
Control & maintain the system for issuance recording / filing, tracking and retrieval of documents like Quality Manual, Work Procedures, Forms, Plans, QA/QC records, Specifications, Drawings and related documents; perform Internal Review of the organization’s documents periodically etc.
