Description:
Are you a seasoned QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in electrical engineering and extensive knowledge of materials used in infrastructure projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at KTC International Company LLC, located in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of materials used in infrastructure projects, particularly in the electrical engineering domain.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, including dealing with Dubai Municipality specifications and authorities.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in preparing and executing Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of civil infrastructure materials and their applications.
- Skillfully handle the preparation of material submittals and efficiently obtain signatures from relevant authorities.
- Engage in effective communication and coordination with clients, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and the construction team.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on QA/QC matters.
- Proactively identify and resolve quality-related issues during different project phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles related to infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Familiarity with DM specifications and relevant authorities.
- Strong understanding of PQP, ITP, and the ability to implement quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in preparing material submittals and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and construction teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality.
