Description:
AIC Steel (Ras Al Khaimah) is currently looking for QC Assembly Inspector
- Candidates must be available and UAE
- Male not more than 40 yrs old
- Must have 3 yrs experience in Structural Industry
- Must have training and certificates in Visual Inspection Activities (Visual Inspection Test according to ASNT)
- Knowledge in AISC/EN Code of Standards Practice
Duties:
- Inspect the fabricated materials during fabrication process
- Check the workshop drawings with fabricated items
- Review and sign the Assembly Report/drawing after fabrication.
- Issue Inspection Report as well as Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for any fabrication defect.
- Follow ITP & WPS requirements as well as applicable tolerance.
- Verify, making, traceability & dimension according to shop drawing.
- Follows all HSE policies and procedures.
