Hirng QA / QC Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting inspections on raw materials, in-process activities, and finished products.
• Ensure that quality standards are consistently met across all stages of production.
• Support in maintaining and organizing QA/QC records, reports, and documentation.
• Help in identifying non-conformities and reporting them to the QA/QC supervisor or manager.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality-related issues.
• Participate in internal audits and compliance checks as required.
• Ensure proper calibration and use of measuring equipment and tools.
• Support QA/QC team in preparing reports, logs, and documentation for client or regulatory submission.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement on the shop floor or project site.
• Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Can do material inspection in the warehouse

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a QA/QC or technical inspection role (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Basic understanding of quality systems, ISO standards, and inspection methods.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• JAFZA experience is preferred
• NEBOSH Certificate holder
• Knowledgeable of health and safety
• Knowledgeable in Quality Mgt. System ISO 9001:2015 (advantage)
