Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of FMCG experience in similar role.
• Knowledge of Real Halal concepts.
• Skills in SOP, GMP operations related to food industry.
• Understanding the basics of Standards, Identifying & Observation, Sampling, Methods, Measurement, Reporting, Action and Follow up.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Training & Training in HACPP.

Qualification:

Bachelors/ Masters in Food Science/Microbiology/ Food Technology
