• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 🔟 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on large-scale building and villa construction projects.
• 📊 Expertise in budgets, contracts, and cost forecasting.
• 💬 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 💻 Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
• 📜 Familiarity with Dubai/UAE construction regulations and building codes.
• 🏅 Bonus: Experience in villas and RICS or similar professional certification.
• 🌐 Language: Fluent in English.
