Qs Manager – Interior Fit-out

Description:

This is a senior-level role ideal for someone with strong fit-out experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage full project lifecycle costing — from tendering through to final account.

🎯 Key Requirements:
✅ Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out
✅ Strong knowledge of BOQs, variation orders, tendering, and contract administration
✅ Ability to manage multiple high-end commercial and/or residential projects
✅ Familiar with UAE market rates, authority processes & subcontractor negotiations

📍 Location: Dubai
💰 Salary: Up to AED 25,000 per month
