Quality Control Operator

Description:

Al Mulla Group UAE is hiring a Quality Control (QC) Operator to join its manufacturing operations in Fujairah. This full-time role is ideal for entry-level candidates with an interest in quality assurance and a keen eye for detail. As a QC Operator, you will play a crucial role in upholding the company's quality standards, ensuring that products meet all regulatory and internal requirements before reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections at various stages of the production process.

• Use quality-check tools such as gauges, vision systems, checkweighers, and other measurement equipment to verify product compliance.

• Record all inspection data accurately for auditing and traceability purposes.

• Identify, flag, and report any deviations or non-conformities in production.

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines for quality assurance.

• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with company policies.

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical or vocational training is a plus).

• 0–2 years of experience in quality control or a manufacturing setting.

• Familiarity with basic QA practices, inspection tools, and measurement instruments.

• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.

• Strong attention to detail with good observational skills.

• Basic computer proficiency for logging inspection data and generating reports.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
