Quality Controller

Description:

We are currently hiring an experienced and detail-focused Quality Controller – Validations to become part of our Quality Control team based in JAFZA, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on laboratory experience and a solid background in analytical method validation within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

The selected candidate will be actively involved in validation activities for new and existing products while ensuring strict compliance with approved procedures, data integrity standards, and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical method development activities for new products and related studies.
• Perform analytical method validation using advanced techniques such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution, ICP-OES, LC-MS, UV, IR, and other relevant instruments.
• Prepare, review, and maintain analytical method validation protocols and comprehensive validation reports.
• Test and evaluate new raw materials and analyze trial batch samples for product development purposes.
• Carry out routine maintenance, calibration, and qualification of analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.
• Provide support for additional Quality Control tasks as assigned by the QC Lab Manager or QC Manager.
• Ensure full compliance with ALCOA++ principles to maintain data integrity within the QC laboratory.
• Analyze all QC samples strictly according to approved methods, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
