Description:
Looking for a Quality Officer (with minimum 2 years’ experience) to work in a Home Health Care Center in Musaffa, Abu Dhabi.
The Data Validator/ Quality officer position is responsible:
- for performing a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to patients and to coordinate total nursing care for patients
- for implementing specific procedures and programs
- for participating with the nursing in establishing specific goals
- for determining work procedures and expediting work flow
- for ensuring compliance with all DOH and as per company operating policies and Procedures
- for communicating with and supervising appropriate personnel for providing daily reports and other periodic reports
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Graduate from an accredited Diploma course in Nursing, (NLT 3 year’s syllabus).
- Applicants must hold a valid License/ Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (where applicable) and Current National License
- NLT 2 years post graduate experience as a Nurse in a hospital in relevant
- Experience with patients with the same diagnosis seen in long term care hospital or home nursing. Wide background is preferred (i.e. ICU, acute medical/surgical, pediatrics)
- BLS/CPR certification.
