Quantity Surveyor

Description:

ME FITOUT is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fit-out, interior, or construction projects and the ability to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and support successful project delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, contract administration, variations, and final account management. Candidates with UAE project experience and strong technical knowledge are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for projects.

• Monitor and manage project costs throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Review contracts, variations, and project financial documentation.

• Support contract administration and final account preparation.

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and suppliers regarding cost-related matters.

• Provide accurate cost analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in fit-out, interior, or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity take-offs.

• Experience with contract administration, variations, and final accounts.

• UAE experience is preferred.
