Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team
The Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Evaluate project drawings and specifications to identify any discrepancies or issues
- Conduct on-site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Analyze project costs and prepare cost reports for management
- Manage all procurement activities, including preparing tenders and contracts
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of cost management, quantity surveying, and procurement processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
