Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, specializing in high-end home furniture and interior fit-out works.

🔍 Job Description:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for furniture and interior projects.

Review architectural and interior drawings to assess materials, labor, and time requirements.

Analyze project variations and prepare valuation reports.

Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely delivery and installation.

Conduct site visits for progress evaluations and cost control.

Prepare interim and final payment applications.

Ensure compliance with contract terms and project timelines.

✅ Requirements:
2 to 5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying (preferably in furniture or interior design industry)

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

Strong analytical and cost management skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and professional

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Open to all nationalities
