Quantity Surveyor

Description:

The ideal candidate will handle cost estimation, risk evaluation, bid analysis, and contract management while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Management teams to optimize tender solutions, oversee variations, manage insurance and bonds, and maintain complete project documentation. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

✅ Qualifications:

✔️ 3–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.

✔️Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).

✔️Proven experience in contractual firms, with expertise in both pre- and post-contract tenders.

✔️Strong analytical mindset with cost evaluation and feasibility assessment skills.

✔️Solid understanding of both MEP and Civil Works.

✔️Proficiency in measurements, mathematical calculations, and site surveys.

✔️Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
