Quantity Surveyor

Description:

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor & Estimator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and project budgets for villa renovation, fit-out, MEP, and extension works. Strong understanding of Dubai market pricing, materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and approval-related cost structures is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions

Perform material take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Analyze and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations

Prepare LPOs and support procurement in sourcing and negotiations

Maintain updated cost databases and pricing records

Assist Sales and Project teams with budgeting and cost control

Ensure all estimates comply with drawings and specifications

Provide cost input during design development and planning

Participate in client cost discussions when required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

UAE experience in fit-out, renovation, or villa construction is an advantage

Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately

Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pricing models, take-offs)

Strong communication skills for supplier and subcontractor coordination

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
