Job Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for warehouse and villa projects
• Measure quantities from drawings and site measurements
• Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Assist in preparing interim valuations, invoices, variations, and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and support cost control throughout execution
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants
• Verify work progress and quantities for payment certification
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract terms

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse and villa projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and measurement methods
• Familiar with UAE construction practices and materials
• Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
