Radiology Supervisor

Dubai London Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiology Supervisor to lead the imaging department, ensuring excellence in patient care, operational efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive radiology experience, and a thorough understanding of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, including scheduling, workflow, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, radiation safety guidelines, and internal quality assurance protocols.
• Supervise and mentor radiology staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Maintain high standardsfor imaging quality, patient care, and departmental documentation.
• Coordinate with other clinical departments to support diagnostic services and patient needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• DHA License is mandatory.
• 5–7 years of radiology experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role within the UAE.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of radiation safety, QA protocols, and modern imaging equipment.
