Rosenheim Luxury Properties is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone with strong financial discipline, excellent organisational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting operations within a fast-paced business environment. Real estate experience is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle broker commissions, payroll support, and reconciliations
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment tracking
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Real estate industry experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Based in Dubai
