Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in real estate brokerage accounting operations
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Perform accurate reconciliations and ensure financial data integrity
• Manage commission calculations and related financial settlements
• Prepare and support financial reporting activities
• Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and accounting records
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving real estate environment
