Real Estate Accountant

Description:

ERE Homes is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced Real Estate Accountant to support its growing operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting practices within the Dubai real estate sector and the ability to manage financial operations in a fast-paced business environment.

The successful candidate will handle various accounting functions, including agent commissions, developer payments, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Strong understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, compliance requirements, and accounting software is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations for the real estate brokerage and related business activities.

• Handle agent commissions, developer payments, and financial reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting processes.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

• Monitor transactions and support effective financial controls.

• Work independently while managing multiple accounting responsibilities and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven accounting experience within the Dubai real estate industry is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance.

• Experience with real estate brokerage accounting processes.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
