Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
- Manage front desk operations.
- Coordinate property inquiries and appointments.
- Provide administrative support.
- Maintain the reception area.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Dubai's real estate industry and Public Relations (PR) is mandatory.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Property Listing Portals Expert
- CRM System Expert
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages preferred.
- Own visa holders preferred
- Must be available for immediate joining.
