Real Estate Admin Cum Receptionist

 

Description:

• Manage and update property listings across all major real estate portals.

• Handle daily administrative and office coordination tasks.

• Greet clients and visitors and manage front desk operations professionally.

• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and client inquiries.

• Support the sales team with contracts, documentation, and transaction follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for management and agents.

• Assist in preparing marketing materials, property presentations, and reports.

• Handle emails, couriers, and general office correspondence.

• Ensure the reception and office area is well-organized and presentable at all times.

 

Job Requirements (JR):

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry.

• Strong knowledge of property listing portals and real estate procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.

• Basic image editing and marketing material preparation skills.

• Strong computer and digital skills (CRM systems, portals, online tools).

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

• Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
