We are looking for a Real Estate admin with the below qualifications and requirements.
2 years of Real Estate Experience is a must.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in CRM Software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have experience in real estate in listing Property finders, Dubizzle and Bayut.
- Knowledgeable about Trakheesi system and creating ad permits.
- Knowledgeable on real estate and property rules and regulations.
The Role:
- Greeting clients, sending emails, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Filling out Legal Forms when required Daily Management and updating of the listings on the CRM Data Entry (Editing and Posting ads and verifying in portals).
- Preparing real estate forms and documents and completing paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary.
- Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents, and details as necessary.
- Prepare Tenancy Contract and MOU requested for all closed deals.
- Ensure that listing documents are done within compliance guidelines and correctly updated onto the internal CRM.
- Preparing purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for real estate transactions.
- Maintaining property files & Mail management.
