Are you a well-organized multitasker with experience in Dubai’s real estate market? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our growing team with day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs like clockwork
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Handling general administrative tasks to support office operations
• Managing and maintaining real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Uploading and updating property listings on platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
• Coordinating photography and video shoots for property marketing
• Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding of new team members
• Building and maintaining relationships with developers
• Tracking sales progress from offer to deal closure
• Verifying all documents for RERA and DLD compliance
• Assisting with Ejari contracts and tenancy management
• Managing office supplies, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth operations
🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
• 1+ year experience in a Dubai-based real estate agency (admin or similar role)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management and the ability to multitask
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, online platforms)
• Multilingual abilities are a plus!
