Real Estate Administrator

 

Description:

We are a Dubai-based real estate company, Amicara Properties, looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, knowledge of real estate documentation, and the ability to support agents with listings, marketing, and client coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update, and manage property listings across online portals and company marketing channels.
  • Handle leads: record, track, and assign to agents in a timely manner.
  • Prepare RERA Forms (A, B, F) for sales transactions.
  • Draft and manage tenancy contracts in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Coordinate with agents to ensure all listing information, photos, and marketing materials are accurate.
  • Update marketing content and company social media with new listings and announcements.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, and client files.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management and sales team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar real estate administrative role in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of RERA procedures and required forms (A, B, F).
  • Familiarity with Dubai property portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.).
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or Russian is a plus).
