• 40% Commission on company-generated leads

• 60% Commission on self-generated deals

✔️ Support Options:

• Commission-only (for experienced closers)

• 2 months monthly support + commission (for the right candidates)

✔️ Company Support:

• High-quality company-generated leads

• Strong developer network (Aldar, Modon, Reportage & more)

• Marketing & closing support

✔️ Licensing & Setup:

• Work Permit provided

• Broker Card / License issued (Based on eligibility )

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years UAE real estate experience

• Strong understanding of off-plan sales

• Serious about building a long-term career

• Committed, disciplined, and result-driven

• Not looking for short-term or trial opportunities
