Job description:

1-3 years of Dubai luxury real estate sales brokering experience.

A well informed and communicable perspective on Dubai real estate market, its evolution and future trajectory.

Should have extensive local and international professional connections to generate leads and listings.

Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills along with an substantive attitude for the job, the industry and the city.

Decent sales record in either one or few of the most prime and super prime residential areas of the city.

Decent understanding of the demographics of luxury property buyers and sellers along with an understanding of the mindset and requirements of these clients.

Excellent communication, presentation and marketing skills and an ability to create a narrative around
the offering.

Well versed with all means of modern property marketing and promotion techniques, particularly digital marketing.

Minimum educational qualification should be Bachelor’s degree and relevant real estate qualifications/certifications would be seen favorably.

Candidates who have knowledge of Russian or Mandarin language will get preference.
