A Lazudi Agent

• Native in English, other languages are a plus
• Previous experience within real estate, or a sales or customer service role
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Computer skills: MS Office, excel and use of CRM systems
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and well organised
• Outstanding listener, natural problem solver and negotiator
• Trustworthy, critical thinker and always looking out for the best outcome for all parties

Your tasks

• Assess client needs and financials to propose the best real estate solutions
• Assist property inspections, viewings, negotiations and offers
• Prepare all documentations, such as agreements, deeds and contracts
• Ensure that all property transactions are completed smoothly and are in complete compliance with local laws and regulations
• Assess and advise the market value of the properties and coordinate sellers/landlord onboarding
• Advice clients about market conditions and the best opportunities
• Stay up to date with market knowledge, new developments, regulations and the best property offers
