Candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and/or German/ French languages and be ready to take the next step in their career. We are waiting for the most goal-oriented and highly professional Brokers to join our team in an office in the heart of Dubai and conquer new heights together!
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Highly motivated with strong business sense and passion to work in the Real Estate Industry.
• Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a focus on personal development
• Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals
• Ability to see the whole picture as far as attention to details
• Must be presentable, have a professional attitude
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate
• UAE Driving license is a plus
• German/French languages is a benefit
• Knowledge of CRMs and property advertising portals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate new property listings via networking and regular meetings
• Follow proper documentation on all transactions and ensure full compliance with Laws and Regulations and Company Policies
• Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets
• Understand clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them to shortlist properties and finalize the deal
• Following up with the latest real estate trends and developers’ projects
