Description:
We're seeking driven and motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents who have a 1-year real estate of experience. In this role, you can use your sales and customer service skills to help and guide clients to buy, sell, and rent properties.
- Interview Buyers to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers
- A competitive commission structure, incentives, and bonuses.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Could you monitor Fulfilment or purchase contract terms to make sure that they are handled in a timely manner?
- Always represent the company in a professional manner
- Candidates from Real Estate. (Real Estate experience is Mandatory)
- Highly Motivated with a Strong business sense and passion for working in Real Estate.
- Excellent Time- Management and organization skills.
- A UAE Driving license is a plus.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Fluent in English is essential - (Arabic / French / German / Russian speaking is advantageous)
- The job is commission based only.
