Hiring Real Estate Agent
- Location: Business Bay, Dubai, Uae
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Commission: Up To 80%
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing sales team in Dubai.
Requirements::
- Minimum of two (2) years Dubai Real Estate Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Dubai
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Strong networking and marketing skills to find potential clients
- Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH is a must (additional advantage if you are Bilingual)
- Presentable
- Valid Driving License and own car (preferable)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- ·Actively seek out new clients through networking and marketing efforts
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
- Prepare and present comparative market analysis reports to clients
- Guide clients through the negotiation process
- Attend property closings and oversee document signing
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Participate in active marketing initiatives and industry events
- Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations.
- Coordinate property viewings
- Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts
- Organize and oversee open houses
- Advise clients about mortgage options and help to expedite the purchase process
