What We're Looking For:
- Mandarin Fluency: Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is a must. This role involves catering to the needs of Chinese-speaking clients and investors.
- Real Estate Experience: We are seeking individuals with a background in real estate, whether it's in sales, leasing, or property management. Prior experience in the Dubai market is a significant advantage.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills are key. You'll be responsible for building relationships and closing deals with clients.
- Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends and property regulations, is essential.
