Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame and handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets. Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to complete the sales target. Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/finalization of deals and handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly. Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects. Manage a portfolio of listings. Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience is preferred.
  • Well-presented and good work ethic.
  • Has excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
  • Working knowledge of computers, such as MS Office.
