Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and actively seek new real estate opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads.

Property Listings: List, market, and advertise residential and commercial properties for sale and rent. Prepare property listings and promotional materials.

Property Showings: Conduct property showings and provide information to potential buyers or renters. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, prices, and regulations. Be able to provide expert advice to clients.

Negotiation: Negotiate and close property deals to the satisfaction of all parties involved, ensuring the best terms and conditions.

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company. Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Green Hills Real Estate team to share knowledge, leads, and market insights.

Qualifications:

UAE Real Estate License is prefered.

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Abu Dhabi or a similar market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong local market knowledge and understanding of property laws and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Outstanding customer service skills.

Results-oriented and goal-driven.

Proficient in using real estate software and tools.

Valid UAE driving license.
