We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in the vibrant market of Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for buying, selling, and renting properties for our clients, providing market insights, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients while expanding your network.
- Understand and adhere to local real estate laws and regulations.
- Conduct market analysis to provide clients with information on properties, prices, mortgages, market conditions, and related information.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successful sales.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- RERA certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
