Key Responsibilities:

• Provide valuable insights and advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Respond fast to leads and client inquiries.
• Manage leads and maintain communication using a CRM system.
• Act as an agent between sellers and buyers for a smooth closing process.
• Assess client requirements and financial capabilities to provide suitable solutions.
• Assist clients in property transactions, including viewings, negotiations, and documentation.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, markets, best practices, and financing options.
• Present properties effectively, highlighting unique features to attract buyers.
• Conduct market research for current trends, values, and sales comparisons.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing personalized service.
• Attend networking events and conferences to expand professional connections and generate leads.
• Utilize social media to showcase properties and reach potential buyers.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in real estate sales or leasing, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the UAE market.

3. Real Estate Broker License is preferred.

4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Excellent knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.

7. Fluency in English

8. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

9. Valid UAE driver's license

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
