What You'll Do:

• Be responsible for marketing and selling properties while connecting with potential clients who are looking to buy or rent a real estate property.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and advise clients on pricing strategies.
• Coordinate property showings and guide clients through the property evaluation process.
• Provide guidance and support during the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.

Who You Are:

• Strong sales experience and knowledge of the real estate market in the UAE
• Excellent communication skills
• Languages: multilingual; English is a must plus any other language like Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Spanish
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and closing deals
• Ability to network and build relationships with clients and agents
• Good knowledge of real estate contracts and legal procedures in the UAE
• Excellent time management skills
