As a Real Estate Agent specializing in off-plan properties, you will be responsible for showcasing our projects to potential buyers, guiding them through the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers interested in off-plan properties.

- Showcase our off-plan projects to clients through property viewings, presentations, and virtual tours.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the projects, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to clients.

- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiries to contract signing and after-sales support.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations related to off-plan properties.

- Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and manage client communications professionally.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in off-plan property sales within Dubai's top 5 development companies.

- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, off-plan sales process, and customer preferences.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.

- Professional demeanor, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.

- UAE driving license and fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).

- Real estate certification or license (RERA) is preferred.
