Waves Properties is looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai! If you have a passion for sales, in-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, and excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

✅ Generate and manage leads through various channels

✅ Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

✅ Conduct market research and stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends

✅ Guide clients through property viewings and negotiations

✅ Handle documentation and ensure compliance with RERA & DLD regulations

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate

✔ Strong knowledge of RERA & DLD procedures

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Self-motivated and target-driven

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Own car and valid UAE driving license (preferred but not necessary)
