Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their property needs.

 

• Property Listings:

Source, list, and market properties, ensuring accurate and attractive representation across platforms.

 

• Market Expertise:

Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, market conditions, and legal regulations to provide expert advice to clients.

 

• Negotiations:

Assist clients in property transactions, including price negotiations, contracts, and closing deals.

 

• Marketing & Networking:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote properties, attend industry events, and expand your network.

 

• Administrative Tasks:

Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications

• Experience:

Minimum 1 year in UAE real estate .

 

• Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

 

• Negotiation Skills:

Strong ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

 

• Market Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market and regulatory requirements.

 

• Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in using CRM systems, property portals, and social media for marketing purposes.

 

Networking:

• Established network within the real estate industry or a demonstrated ability to build one.
