This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for handling property listings, engaging with potential buyers, conducting property tours, and negotiating sale agreements. The agent will also provide exceptional customer service, evaluate market trends, and ensure the best market value for clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling Off Plan and Secondary Property, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from property search to closing.
- Prepare and present competitive market analysis to clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
- Create and execute effective marketing strategies to promote property listings.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate agent for a minimum of 6 months.
- UAE driving license & own car (preferred).
- Customer Service skills and ability to manage Real Property transactions effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License (would be an advantage)
