Negotiate property deals and contracts on behalf of clients when necessary.

Provide information on financing options, such as mortgage loans, to clients.

Monitor and report on the performance of clients' investment portfolios.

Organize and present investment strategies to both new and existing clients.

Work Environment:

Stage and showcase living spaces.

Primarily office-based, with field visits to properties.

Client meetings may take place outside the office, requiring travel.
