We are looking for experienced Real Estate Agents for Off - Plan Sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Daily tasks include providing property tours, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, preparing necessary documentation, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively manage client interactions and close successful transactions..

Qualifications
 

• Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Understanding of Real Property laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Driving License is a plus
