Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads to build a strong client pipeline
• Conduct property viewings and present real estate options to clients
• Negotiate offers and close sales deals effectively
• Maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus
