What You’ll Do:

• Scout and secure luxury listings across Dubai (both off-plan & secondary)
• Understand client needs and match them with the perfect property
• Host showings, build trust, and close with confidence
• Run your own marketing — your brand, your clients, your pace
• Negotiate like a pro and seal the deal

What I’m Looking For:

• 1–2 years of sales or real estate experience preferred (but not mandatory if you’ve got the drive)
• Sharp, confident, and insanely self-motivated
• Strong communication skills and natural hustle
• Someone who’s obsessed with growth — personally and professionally
